With 25 years of experience, she has been a stalwart supporter of emerging organizations, specializing in establishing people-focused policies and practices that align seamlessly with the desired company culture. Her expertise lies in enhancing a company’s mission and core values from the inside out, always starting with people.

Through a caring and compassionate approach, she manages growth, boosts team and business productivity, resulting increased engagement and productivity. Her strategic implementations have tackled critical challenges and supported organizations in their growth journey. Leading with a consultative lens, Ursula understands that trust and safety are the cornerstone of a sustainable workplace driving company growth. She has a perpetual interest and a proven track record in integrating policy, psychology, communications, and culture to enhance organizational performance.

Paola Griffith is a seasoned payroll and benefits expert with a strong background in HR data analysis and compliance. Her ability to conduct thorough audits ensures compliance with regulations, minimizes risks, and optimizes cost-saving opportunities for businesses.

As an Implementation Specialist at KMS HR Solutions, Paola plays a key role in onboarding new clients, managing transitions, and supporting companies in achieving seamless human operations. She excels in data mining and analytics, leveraging insights to enhance decision-making and improve workforce management strategies. Her expertise spans multi-state payroll processing, system integrations, and employee benefits design. Sebastian Villar

HR Assistant

Sebastian Villar is a dynamic HR Administrative professional who blends precision, adaptability, and technology to support business vision. At KMS HR, "Sebi" plays a key role in streamlining operations, strengthening technology, and ensuring seamless HR support across clients and projects. His background in banking, recruiting, and client services gives him a sharp eye for both detail and efficiency, while his technical skills allow him to introduce modern solutions that keep HR processes agile and effective.

Known for his analytical mindset and creative problem-solving, Sebastian thrives in environments where people, processes, and technology intersect. He contributes not only to talent management and operational excellence but also to the continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows. Holding an EVTI certification in electric vehicle technology, Sebastian reflects the innovative, future-minded energy of the KMS HR team. Outside of work, he channels his creativity into music production, design, and editing skills that enhance his ability to think differently and bring fresh perspectives to the workplace.

With a degree in Information, Communication & Technology from Florida State University and certifications in both UX design and security, John brings a unique cross-functional perspective to his work.
